Nifty Concept was initially established to serve people with disabilities and special needs. We are the most innovative provider of Medical, Wellness Cleaning, Sanitary and office Supplies. Orders placed Mon - Fri before 2 PM EST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days or less. Outdoor Structures and special order items typically ship within 7-10 business days directly from the manufacturer warehouse unless otherwise indicated.



Shipping is free on many items with no minimum order size required. Look for the “free shipping” logo below while shipping.

Please keep in mind we sometimes use the same product picture to depict a family of products. It is important to read the item descriptions thoroughly to ensure you have selected the correct products.

Do I need to register for a Nifty Concept Account?

Anyone can order from Nifty Concept, while a login name and password are not required to place orders, we do give you the option to register an account with us. When logged into your account, you can look up and/or print all past orders.

For your convenience, upon placing your first order, we will email you a temporary login and password that you can use on subsequent orders.


How do I sign up for a Nifty Concept account?

You can automatically set up an account by placing your first order with Nifty Concept. Additionally, you can also sign up via the registration box. In either case, we will email your new login information. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view all past orders placed with us. For security purposes, you will remain logged in as long as your browser program is running. If you quit your browser program or reboot your computer, you will need to log into Nifty Concept the next time you visit.


How do I begin ordering? 

As soon as you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase follow these simple steps:

-       Click the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your cart.

-       Click "View Cart" to preview and/or adjust your cart contents.

-       When you're done shopping, click the "Check Out" button.

-       Enter your billing and shipping information and submit the order to us for processing.

Do you accept purchase orders on net terms or checks?

Yes, Nifty Concept does accept purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax to us at (914) 502-3122. For fastest turnaround, please fax or email your initial purchase order with your credit application info@niftyconcept.com.


Payment by check:

If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, simply add items to your Nifty Concept shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address below with your check or money order payable to Nifty Concepts. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment. (We need to have a system in place where they will need to put their checking info and check # in so we can hold them accountable for any product shipped)


Do you accept APO/FPO orders?

APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Nifty Concept will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Nifty Concept is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations. APO orders can take up to 3 weeks for processing depending on the purchase. Please contact our Customer Service department to find out exact shipping times. International shipments require a forwarding carrier, please contact our Customer Service for more information.


Where do we ship to?

We ship to all the contiguous 51 states. Generally we do not ship internationally.


What should I expect to receive my delivery?

Shipping times vary by product category, but generally you can expect to see your delivery within the stated time frames indicated below.  If an item is designated as a special order item, the lead time will be indicated on the product detail page.

What shipping charges should I expect?

Nifty Concept uses 3 delivery methods. Parcel carrier such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier. Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed.
